KATSONS™ is now expanding to the mainland. We produce all our sausage in Los Angeles at a U.S.D.A. inspected facility. Our lemon powder is produced in Los Angeles and offered world wide. Through the decades we have attracted many loyal customers who acknowledge our Island Style Sausage to be THE REAL CHORIZOS CHAMORRO.
We are excited to be able to offer Lemon Powder to the entire world. Chamorro's have been using lemon powder in their recipes for generations. It is our goal to promote this exciting product to the rest of the world
